Vision

Our vision is to support learning communities that cultivate opportunities for educators and students to flourish. We do this by creating safe spaces where folks can tackle real issues that hold students back. By sparking open conversations, owning up to our actions, showing vulnerability, and digging deep, we generate teamwork that breeds fresh ideas and lasting progress.

Welcome to Minty Educational Services, where Ubuntu is the heart and soul of our game-changing education vibe. Dr. Qiana O'Leary, the brains behind this operation, dug deep into the African Proverb, "I am because we are," in her UCLA master's thesis. Her journey hit hard on her 20th birthday, losing her brother Kevin. That pain turned into passion for education, from Sunday school to higher ed.

As the boss lady of Minty, Dr. O'Leary's mission is crystal clear—ride for the teachers and school leaders. Minty ain't just a business; it's love born from struggle, spreading out to classrooms and communities. We're all about that Ubuntu life, pushing for collaboration, community, and growth. We believe our strength together propels us to a future where education is all about empowerment and change.

We call ourselves Minty after Harriet Tubman's nickname. Like Harriet led folks to freedom, we're leading school leaders to free thinking and innovation, flipping the script on the old education system. We're all in for that heart work that shouts out equity, transformation, and fresh practices. Join us on this journey, making moves toward a future where education is a powerhouse for empowerment and real positive change. Holler at us and be part of the Minty movement.
